1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing ebenezerworld.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
2. About our organization
Ebenezer Mission Worldwide is a faith-based nonprofit organization (EIN 88-0142207). Content on this site is provided for informational and ministry purposes only.
3. Donations
Donations are voluntary and, to the extent permitted by law, tax-deductible. Designated gifts are applied to the stated purpose whenever practicable; if a designated need is fully met, we may apply the gift to a closely related program. Recurring gifts may be modified or cancelled at any time by contacting us.
4. Mission trips and volunteering
Submitting an application does not guarantee placement on a trip. Participants must complete required training, screening, and documentation. Travel involves inherent risks, and participants are responsible for their own insurance, passports, visas, and health requirements.
5. User submissions
By submitting a testimony, photo, message, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to review, edit for length or clarity, and publish it in our ministry communications. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. We may decline or remove any submission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, scrape data, or use our name or materials to solicit funds without written permission.
7. Intellectual property
All logos, text, photography, and video on this site are owned by Ebenezer Mission Worldwide or used with permission and may not be reproduced for commercial use without consent.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
