Agriculture

We help families grow more food on the land they already have. Through demonstration farms, seed banks, and drip-irrigation training, households move from scarcity to surplus — and from surplus to income.

Our goals

  • Establish 5 demonstration farms and 3 community seed banks
  • Train 500 smallholder farmers in conservation agriculture
  • Launch 8 women-led farming cooperatives

Current projects

  • Harvest Co-ops

    Highland villages

Shared tools, storage, and market access for 200 farming families.

  • Drip Irrigation Pilot

    Dry belt

Low-cost irrigation kits extending growing seasons through dry months.
